Accountancy

The core task of our accountants is to compile or audit your annual financial statement. In both cases our client advisor will analyse the financial performance of your business together with you, and form an image of your business risks. But our task goes further. On the basis of current figures and developments in the industry, we advise you about improving your financial performance, eliminating unnecessary risks and optimising your financial position. With our individual services you and your challenges are our main concern.

Taking care of your administration

  • Advising you in setting up your administration
  • Full or partial running of your administration
  • Providing support in running your administration under your own management
  • Taking care of your sales tax statement
  • Setting up liquidity and operational budgets using special software
  • Setting up interim overviews (monthly, quarterly reporting) including comparisons with the budget

Drawing up your annual financial report

The annual financial statement is the crucial document in which the management provides insight into the financial performance of the company. This is their main account to the shareholders. The public also sees this report. Banks and other credit providers expect optimal transparency and reliable figures. The accountants of Brink Accountants ensure that your annual financial report provides clarity with regard to the financial performance of your company and that the annual accounts are drawn up in accordance with the law and regulations. This ensures that you have reliable financial accounts, which form an excellent starting point for you to make strategic decisions such as investments, expansion plans, financing and selling or ending activities.

Auditing your annual financial report

When auditing your annual financial report, the accountants of Brink Accountants give an independent expert assessment of the reliability of your annual statement. Otherwise said: we add confidence to your annual statement, so that strategic decisions can be made on the basis of this information. We do this in a personal and involved way using our modern auditing approach. We immerse ourselves in your business process (purchasing, sales, production, logistics, automation) so that the financial risks can be charted and you are advised of the weak points or points that can be improved in the administrative organization and internal management systems. You can also come to us for questions about reporting requirements, IFRS, legislation and regulations in the area of corporate governance. As of 1 October 2006, legal audits may only be done by accounting organizations that hold a licence from the Netherlands Authority for Financial Markets (AFM). This licence means that an accountants’ firm must meet the (quality) standards established in the Audit Firms Supervision Act (WTA). Brink Accountants meets all quality standards and is in the licence application process.
